Do you deliver on the same day?

Yes, we do. We also deliver from the way (much faster than on the same day). Just in some cases, there are surcharges, please contact us to clarify the details.

Can I get an extra discount on water if I move my Tuesday delivery to Thursday?

Yes, if you select the next Thursday as the delivery day at the time of online order registration on the website, you can get an additional 5% discount for 12/19L waters from the current price. This offer is available when ordering online through Jur.am and only if there is no delivery restriction in your area for Thursday. You can check the shipping restrictions in your area by following the link, or contact our customer service.

Why am I not given a cash register receipt during delivery?

Every Day CJSC does not issue cash register receipts, as sales are not made from the point of sale, and the law prohibits delivery vehicles from having mobile cash registers. Every Day CJSC counts sales with tax invoices, which are downloaded from a special accounting program to the RA SRC e-invoicing system. Not physically submitting a tax invoice does not mean not accounting for the sale. Many customers have requested not to overload themselves with unnecessary paperwork, so Every Day CJSC provides electronic and/or hard copies of e-invoicing downloaded invoices upon request. All those phys. Individual customers who do not have access to the e-invoicing system can contact our customer service department at 010 587587 to receive scanned version of the tax invoice by email, or to receive a printed invoice in person at the time of delivery. 

Dispensers

What are the general rules of operation of the dispenser?

  1. After movements wait two hours before plugging into the electricity,  so that Freon circulation is correct.
  2. The dispenser should only be plugged into the electricity, if hot water comes from the tap (meaning there is water in the tank), especially after installing a new bottle.
  3. When the bottle is finished not take water from the taps, so that the tanks do not get empty during being plugged into the electricity. After finishing the bottle, in case of not installing a new bottle immediately, it is necessary to switch off the dispenser from the electricity.
  4. The dispenser must be sanitized at least twice a year.
  5. If you are not using the dispenser at least for a week, it is necessary to switch it off from the electricity and drain the water in the tanks from the special faucet in the back. (ATTENTION. The water can be boiling), otherwise,  the residual water left in the dispenser tanks may rot.

Do the dispensers have filters?

The dispensers don’t have filters as they are designed for industrial bottled water (our delivered water is already filtered). It is not allowed to install bottles filled with tap water, as the tap water includes chlorine the taste of which is passed to the waterways of the device which are plastics. (taps, cold water tube, pole, etc.)

Which is the best place in the room for dispenser’s installation?

The dispenser should definitely be placed far from the rays of the sun and home plants.

By filling the cup with the water from the dispenser taps there are granules, white flakes in the water, but these are not in the bottle. Why?

When the dispenser tanks are half-empty, and a new bottle is installed, water turbulence causes (You can be informed about this if after installation of the bottle much water is poured into the tanks and a big quantity of bubbles are noticed).  From this turbulence, the dust/contaminant gathered on the roof of the cold water tank rises above the catchment level (above the level of the tube coming toward the taps), that’s why mentioned granules/white flakes are noticed in the cup immediately after changing the bottle.

Advice. After draining the bottle, do not take water from the taps, so that the tanks are not drained. Install a new full bottle at once. When the tanks are full of water, air (and contaminant) is less likely to enter them. Moreover, the warming and freezing of dispenser tanks can damage tank metal. The dispensers are not hermetic and they don’t clean themselves. The top of the dispenser (the pole and its round) is riskier in terms of pollution, also, taps are often polluted, and their below milk-plate.  Water tanks (especially cold water tanks) have a relationship with the air; just that air enters into the tank and appears inside the water like a flake when water is poured into the tank from the water. The more polluted and dusty the air in the area, the more likely it is that the dispenser cold water tank will be contaminated. It is necessary to organize sanitary cleaning of the dispenser at least twice a year, there is a special video on our website which will help you to do the sanitary cleaning yourself. 

White flakes can also be caused because of ice forming in the cold water tank. It is necessary to prevent it through the temperature settings at the back of the dispenser.

We have a dispenser device acquired by another supplier, can we whether use your bottles?

Our bottle caps are generally compatible with all dispensers, as they are of standard size. It is very rare to find models that may be incompatible.

How much is the warming and freezing degree of the device?

In WFD-410L, WBF-1000LA, WBF-1000S, and WFD-1050 model dispensers warm water’s degree is 75-90 oC, and cold water’s degree is 4-12 oC. The cold water temperature can be adjusted with a knob next to the switches on the back of the dispenser.

What to do if water flows under the device?

It possible two reasons for this problem.

  1. There is a micro-crack on the installed bottle because of which air enters into the bottle and the water besides pouring into the dispenser tanks, it is also poured in it (it is continually poured into the tanks and then spills out) which is expressed with water flow under the device. It is necessary to switch the dispenser off the electricity, take the bottle out, drain 2-3 cups of water from each tap and install a new container. In case the leakage stops inform the company and give the separated bottle to the courier, so that it is immediately damaged, out of operation. This is the most common reason for water outflow under the device.

    ATTENTION: The client is informed that during the movement and exploitation of the containers, micro-cracks are possible which are not visible during examining. Due to that micro-cracks, during the containers’ storage and use, it is possible outflow/inflow takes place, the client has to take this into account by backing the containers up and deciding the dispenser’s place. If the container’s defect is found after giving the goods to the client, then the company doesn’t take responsibility and doesn’t refund the client’s expenditure and loss because of water outflow. The company is ready to replace the damaged container for free.

  2. After doing the steps mentioned in the first point, if the water outflow is continued, then the problem is related to the device and you need to apply to a specialist. If the dispenser is in guarantee, then apply to that company’s service center, in the opposite case, apply us and we will kindly support you.
Water

After installing the bottle, in how many days should we consume the water?

After installing a new bottle, you need to consume the water, at the latest, during 25 days. The matter is, that after opening it the water of the bottle is mixed with the air (the air enters the dispenser tanks, and from there to the bottle). 25 days deadline advised by us is not normative, it is based on our experience.

Which is the difference between Byuregh and Makur Jur Water?          

Byuregh is bottled in Jermuk, just from the spring (The official name of the spring is: Spring No. 1 of Jermuk), it is qualified as high-rank natural spring water. Makur Jur water is bottled from Katnaghbyur water pipe in the city of Yerevan. It undergoes six-stage filtration chlorination and sterilization. Immediately before bottling, the water is extra sterilized with Belgian ultraviolet lamp filters, it is qualified as first-rank drinking water.

Why are white flakes sometimes noticed in the water by using Byuregh, while they are not noticed in the case of using Makur Jur?

The most frequent reason for white flakes is the water’s mineral composition; especially in cold weather (or in the dispenser cold water tank) the mineral salt molecules existing in the water are intended to connect each other, so said to “make clusters”, and just those clusters are seen as flakes. The mineral composition of Byuregh (and of natural spring water coming from many other mountain places) is such that the cluster takes place faster in low temperatures, then after returning to the room temperature, those molecules clusters of mineral salt do not decompose back. And the mineral composition of Makur Jur is such that the tendency of clustering is weaker; it is necessary a much lower temperature and some time. It is important to remember, that the white flakes causing by this reason are not a sign of pollution, they are just related to the mineral composition and temperature fluctuations.

Whom do the trademarks of Byuregh and Makur Jur belong?

Byuregh trademark belongs to Jermuk Group CJS company, and Makur Jur trademark belongs to Every day CJS company.  Every day CJC is the exclusive licensee of the “Byuregh 19 liters” trademark. Byuregh 19 l. product type is bottled with production capacities rented by Every Day company in the city of Jermuk; in Jermuk Group company’s factory. For the production of  Byuregh 19 l, it is used the same raw water, which is also used in the production of Byuregh 0.33 l, Byuregh 0.5 l, Byuregh 1.5 l,  Byuregh 3 l, and Byuregh 5 l. Makur Jur 19l is bottled from Katnaghbyur water pipe in Yerevan.

Sometimes newly installed water tastes like chlorine, what is the matter?

There are unscrupulous clients, who pour the bottle with usual tap water and install it on the dispenser. Due to the contract, it is forbidden to pour other water into our bottles. When we notice, that one of the clients do not order water for a long time, we ask his/her to return our bottles. Unfortunately, many of those bottles already have the taste of tap water. All the bottles are checked before bottling, and if the bottles strongly smell like chlorine, we spoil that bottle, but the weak smell is not, unfortunately, possible to be checked 100%.  In such rare cases, the taste is passed to the water through the bottle. We constantly improve the empty bottles return to eliminate this problem.

Complex service

Can we order only daily consumption products?

Of course, you can. Only in the case of daily consumption products, there is a delivery surcharge of AMD 600, and together with the order of water, the delivery is free.In case of purchase of daily consumption goods of AMD 10,000 or more, delivery is also free.

How can I repeat previous orders?

To repeat your previous order, you can use the "Save cart" function, which will allow you to easily resume the shopping process without selecting the products again*.

After moving the items to the cart, click the "Save" button and add the title. After saving, you will see it in the "Saved carts" section of Personal Account and you will be able to register an order with all the products in the saved cart or by selecting some of them.

Please double-check the quantities of products at the stage of checkout, because the products in the registered order will be in the cart in the specified quantities at the time of saving them.

*This option is available if your shopping cart includes everyday pruducts.

How can I get bonus points on the Jur.am website?

To get bonus points, you must be a Jur.am customer and place orders online — through the website or mobile app. Points are accumulated only for online orders, and the amount depends on the number of points for each specific product.

How much is one point in drams?

1 point is equal to 1 dram:

How can I use my points?

For products paid with bonus points, you need to place a separate order. When placing an order, select "Bonus Points" as the payment method for these items. For other items, you can place a second order with your preferred payment method, and we will deliver them together.

Items purchased using bonus points do not get bonus points

Can I exchange my points for cash?

No, points cannot be exchanged for cash. When purchasing an item using points, you must pay the full price of the item with points.

When are bonus points credited to my account?

Points are credited to your account on the next business day after the order is delivered.

Can I transfer my points to another address or customer?

No, points cannot be transferred from one address to another or from one customer to another.

Are points credited for all products?

The bonus policy is determined by the company. Bonus points are not credited for all products. Additionally, points are not awarded for items with special discounts.

What happens to the bonuses in case of termination or suspension of cooperation?

In the case of termination or suspension of cooperation (including, but not limited to, the termination of service provision, supply-sale agreements, property lease, property sale on installments, and/or if more than 6 months have passed since the last order or service provided), accumulated bonus points will be annulled and cannot be restored. The company may set exceptions to this rule at its discretion.

Can the company change the number of points or terminate the program?

Yes. The number of bonus points per product is determined by the company. These values may be changed without prior notice. The bonus program has no set end date. The company reserves the right to terminate the bonus program with 30 days’ notice to customers, which will be announced on the official website.

How can I find out about points that are about to expire?

Bonus points that are accumulated but not used within 540 days will expire, either based on the points accumulated on that day or those remaining unused. If less than 30 days are left until your bonus points expire, information on the number of remaining days and points to be redeemed will be available in the "My Account" section of the website. This information is currently only available on the website.

For online registered order you collect Cash Back on your IDram balance 0.5% of total amount by doing payment through IDram payment system.

What is the type of IDram payment system?

This is an online payment option, which gives you the possibility to save the bonus points of Jur.am order and at the same time to get Cash Back from IDram system (0.5% of the order price).

In order to pay through IDram, it is necessary to register on the system. 

If the order payment has been done through (IDram or ArCa/Visa/MasterCard), but the order is canceled, then how is the pre-transferred money refunded?  

The money is refunded during 2-3 working days by transferring back to the IDram balance or bank account, from which the payment had been done.
